Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of atlaspdfguides.com and the products we sell (the "Services"). The Services are operated by Sterling Vale LLC, trading as Atlas PDF Guides ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site, buying a product or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us.

2. Products and access

We sell digital products: The Lean Kitchen, a 14-day high-protein programme, and optional add-ons such as the Variety Vault. Nothing is shipped. After payment you receive an email explaining how to create your account. Access is tied to the email address you used at checkout, so please enter it carefully and use the same email when you sign up. Access is personal to you; you may not share, resell or redistribute your account or the content.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Sales tax or similar taxes are calculated and added at checkout where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number. By paying, you authorise us to charge your card for the amount shown.

4. One-click Variety Vault offer

After you buy The Lean Kitchen we may offer the Variety Vault as an optional add-on. If you choose to accept, we charge the price shown on that page once, using the card you just used, with no need to re-enter it. This is a single one-time charge, not a subscription. If you decline, nothing further is charged. If your bank requires extra authentication, you may be asked to confirm.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If a purchase is refunded or a payment is successfully disputed, we remove access to the refunded product.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Services.

7. Intellectual property

All content, including text, recipes, meal plans, PDFs, videos, images and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own non-commercial use.

8. Health and results disclaimer

Our products are for general information and education only and are not medical advice. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. Speak to a healthcare professional before changing your diet or exercise routine, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, or have food allergies. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. You use the content at your own risk.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy or scrape the content, interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorised access, use the Services unlawfully, or use fraudulent payment methods.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.

11. Changes and availability

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply from the date posted. We try to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sterling Vale LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
